RAD: Repeat After Death

Repeat After Death is an action roguelite platforming game where your actions become your own enemy. Make your way through the various dungeons and kill the monster with your attacks. Repeat this over and over again until you clear the dungeon. Simple enough, right? But beware, as your actions from every character before will haunt you and be repeated back in your next. Dodge your way through the many ghosts of your own movement to kill the guardian and get out of this looping purgatory. Mirror of Personalities Choose at least 2 of your favorite characters each run to cycle between to clear the dungeon with. The Mirror will pick one at random which you have to use to clear the iteration. Will you combine the speed of the rogue, the imaginative power of the wizard, and the entertaining mind of the jester in one team? Or do you dare challenge yourself by taking on all your different personalities at once? Journey through Biomes Fight your way through three different biomes, each with their own features and mechanics. The forest has helpful mushrooms and vines to get you to higher places, clouds can move and disappear, while the volcano has lots of dangerous lava you must avoid. Items and Artifacts Get different items throughout each run to help you get past the dangers of the dungeon. Gather souls to buy different upgrades and artifacts that provide a helpful buff before heading into the dungeon. Make each run stronger than the last to eventually defeat the last area of the dungeon. Discover Yourself Where are you? Who are you? How did you end up in this place? Talk to the different characters around the dungeon to figure out why you were brought here and how to escape this never-ending cycle. Discover something buried deep down in your past, and when the time comes, you must choose to either fight until the bitter end or accept who you truly are.
